Design, implement, and optimize software for autonomous surface vessels using NixOS and embedded Linux. Integrate with hardware, implement control and sensor-fusion algorithms, optimize low-bandwidth networking, test and validate systems, perform debugging and code reviews, and document designs for compliance.

Serve as the in-house Teamcenter/PLM functional consultant and liaison between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. Apply advanced analytical methods (FMEA, Fault Tree, statistical analysis) to identify root causes, validate corrective actions via testing, improve manufacturing capability and FPY, support NPI, and coach site Quality Engineers while partnering with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

Lead Salesforce initiatives as a Business Systems Analyst and light Scrum Master: gather and document requirements, advise on best practices, coordinate integrations (MuleSoft, Slack, ERP), support Agile ceremonies, manage multiple concurrent projects, and ensure traceability from business need through release.

Lead strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of Palantir Foundry-based business applications. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, define platform architecture and engineering standards, hire and manage a team of product and engineering staff, drive integrations with source systems, manage vendor relationships (including Palantir), ensure data security/compliance, and balance near-term feature delivery with long-term platform health.

Manage inventory costing, standard costing, and manufacturing cost analysis in the ERP. Ensure accurate inventory valuation and records, analyze variances, support month-end close, improve costing processes, and provide financial reporting and decision-support related to production and inventory.

Lead and coordinate product documentation efforts: triage requests, plan sprints, manage backlog and writer capacity, maintain GitHub-based docs workflows, oversee publication/CI-CD, track metrics (burndown, velocity, ticket age), and keep versioning and changelogs current across products.

Lead and coach a team of People Business Partners to advise senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational design, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and change initiatives. Build scalable People practices, drive engagement and retention programs, ensure compliance, and partner with Recruiting, Total Rewards, People Operations, and Learning & Development to deliver integrated HR solutions across a fast-growing organization.

Coordinate and deliver Mission Operations team projects: plan ASV missions, operate and monitor autonomous vessels, analyze mission data, train DoD users, ensure safety/compliance, and manage stakeholder communication and team performance to meet program objectives.

Own and improve recruiting systems, data, and processes. Administer and configure the Ashby ATS, build dashboards and reports, monitor requisition health and data quality, support workforce planning, and create documentation and SOPs to scale recruiting operations.

Lead design, integration, and testing of electrical and electronic systems for UUVs and subsea platforms, including power systems, embedded control boards, sensor and communication interfaces, PCB layouts, and ruggedized hardware. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from architecture through field testing, troubleshoot hardware, select components for subsea reliability, and produce engineering documentation and test procedures.

Lead design, specification, and validation of ruggedized power generation, distribution, and conversion systems for autonomous maritime platforms. Produce drawings and analyses (EPLAs, short-circuit, voltage drop, harmonics), select components, conduct trade studies, support prototyping and at-sea trials, author documentation, and mentor junior engineers to ensure reliable, maintainable, and environmentally qualified power architectures.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: partner with hiring managers, source and screen high-volume technical and manufacturing candidates, maintain pipelines, improve interview processes, and ensure positive candidate experiences through offer negotiation.

Manage engineering project schedules, maintain documentation, lead cross-functional meetings, coordinate staffing and vendors, report project health, and drive alignment and communication across engineering, operations, and leadership.

Design and analyze hull forms, structures, and mechanical systems for autonomous surface vessels. Run hydrodynamic and hydrostatic simulations (resistance, propulsion, seakeeping, maneuvering), perform CAD modeling, support integration of autonomy and controls, conduct model tests and validation, participate in design reviews, and produce technical documentation and client reports.

Serve as a senior operational paralegal supporting corporate governance, global subsidiary management, securities compliance, and legal operations. Own board and shareholder meeting admin, legal records management, due diligence for financings and M&A, and coordinate with external counsel. Support transactional tasks (formations, UCCs, foreign qualifications), regulatory filings, litigation support, and public-company readiness initiatives.

Source and engage senior engineering talent across computer vision, ML, robotics, electrical, embedded, autonomy, and systems. Develop creative sourcing strategies, build long-term pipelines, conduct technical screens for domain and program eligibility, track sourcing metrics in the ATS, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to accelerate hiring in a defense-focused, fast-paced environment.

Design and analyze autonomous surface vessel hull forms, structures, and mechanical systems. Perform hydrodynamic and stability analyses (resistance, propulsion, seakeeping, maneuvering), CAD modeling, weight management, and structural design. Support integration of autonomous navigation/control systems, conduct model testing and validation, participate in design reviews, and produce technical reports and client presentations.

Lead structural design for autonomous surface vessels from concept through prototype and production. Create 3D CAD models and ASME-compliant 2D drawings, perform hand calculations and FEA, run design reviews, support prototyping and procurement, and produce technical reports.
