Designs, integrates, and tests electrical, electro-mechanical, and software-driven systems for autonomous surface vessels. Responsibilities include prototype development, system integration, laboratory and marine field testing, troubleshooting, failure analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with technicians across electrical, mechanical, and software teams.

Owns and facilitates hands-on training for shipbuilding and manufacturing trades at the Austin production site. Responsibilities include scheduling training, onboarding employees, adapting corporate content, identifying skill gaps, delivering welding, fitting, wire harnessing, safety, and equipment instruction, tracking completion and feedback in the LMS, coaching trainees, and coordinating workforce development partners.

Plans and executes autonomous vessel missions across open-ocean and littoral environments, serving as a primary field operator with go/no-go authority. Develops mission plans, SOPs, contingency procedures, and military operator training. Coordinates maritime safety, port operations, and range compliance; captures field feedback for product and engineering teams; supports government customer engagement, site surveys, reporting, and operational readiness exercises.
