As a Tree Climber, you'll maintain and preserve the health of landscapes by climbing, pruning trees, and safely operating tree care equipment while working in a team environment.

Lead P&L and operational performance for ~50 branches across the Western US. Coach and develop district/branch managers, drive EBITDA, oversee integrations, enforce safety, staffing, sales effectiveness (Sandler), marketing alignment, and continuous improvement.

Own commercial compliance across contracts, COIs, bids/RFPs, prevailing wage research, and GSA Schedule administration. Review and redline contracts, track milestones, prepare bid documentation, submit GSA reports, and coordinate with payroll and external agencies to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.

Responsible for driving enterprise growth through securing national service agreements, expanding client relationships, and collaborating on service delivery within key commercial markets.

The role involves leading cybersecurity operations and risk management, developing cybersecurity policies, and improving security posture across various environments. It requires strong technical leadership and collaboration with IT and business teams.
