Owns the administration, reliability, security, configuration, release management, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related Power Platform environments. The role manages integrations, data quality, access controls, managed-service providers, production incidents, enhancement backlogs, lifecycle management, deployments, and stakeholder communication across a distributed business.

Leads Thrive’s centralized inside sales and inbound lead response organization, including team building, sales strategy, customer retention, quality standards, contact center technology, analytics, and branch partnerships. Establishes scalable inbound and outbound processes, improves conversion and customer experience, oversees compliance, develops leaders, and presents performance insights to executives. The role builds shared customer-facing functions across multiple brands and supports integration of acquired businesses.

Leads enterprise business intelligence and analytics across multiple divisions and locations. Establishes governed KPI definitions, reporting architecture, financial and operational analytics, semantic models, data-quality practices, and self-service reporting. Partners with FP&A, IT, Finance, and Operations to align analytics with financial results, guide technical delivery, evaluate BI platforms, and support forecasting and performance improvement. Directs internal or external development teams and communicates actionable insights to executives and operating leaders.
