Partners with Finance, IT, Legal, Security, Operations, and executives to scale procurement across regions, optimize spending, manage risk, and support SaaS growth and IPO or SOX readiness.

Leads a 25-person FP&A team for a high-growth SaaS company, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, SaaS metrics, reporting, scenario planning, and process automation. Partners with executives and the Board to translate financial data into strategic decisions, improve capital efficiency, and support scalable growth. The role modernizes finance operations through AI-powered analytics, BI solutions, cloud data tools, and automated financial systems.

Lead global accounting operations and financial reporting across 14 international entities. Manage a 15-person finance team, oversee US GAAP and statutory compliance, direct consolidations and close processes, improve accounting workflows using modern technology, and provide accurate reporting to executives, the board, banks, and investors. Establish scalable policies, automate processes, manage accounting functions, and support the company’s rapid growth.
