Leads Per Scholas’s national digital recruitment and applicant experience strategy. Oversees paid media, website conversion, content governance, email and SMS journeys, applicant support operations, automation, analytics, agencies, and cross-functional technology initiatives. Manages and develops a distributed team while improving enrollment funnel performance, operational scalability, accessibility, quality assurance, and applicant satisfaction.

Assists technical instructors with hands-on IT training, classroom facilitation, study groups, learner performance monitoring, individualized study plans, attendance and policy enforcement, and administrative data entry. Supports instruction across areas including hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, web development, quality assurance, and project management. Uses Salesforce, Canvas, and an internal learning management system to record learner data, grades, attendance, and performance.

Supports internal communications through company-wide event messaging, newsletters, employee engagement content, team interviews, social media assistance, and communications effectiveness measurement. Collaborates with Marketing and Communications, People, and senior leadership teams to keep employees informed, connected, and engaged across the organization.
