Drafts, reviews, and negotiates government contracts, grants, leases, service agreements, MOUs, data-sharing agreements, and other commercial contracts. Advises stakeholders on contractual risks, flow-down clauses, compliance obligations, and mitigation strategies. Develops contract templates and procedures, conducts legal research, and collaborates with Program, IT, and Fiscal teams. Supports legal and compliance initiatives while managing competing priorities in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

Leads the Infrastructure Technology curriculum product portfolio, owning roadmap strategy, discovery, requirements, assessments, labs, quality standards, KPIs, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. Translates infrastructure technology and employer requirements into scalable learning products aligned with certifications, safety practices, learner outcomes, and job placement. Coaches cross-functional teams, manages prioritization and governance, and integrates curriculum offerings with delivery, facilities, learning, and technology environments.

Manage an assigned portfolio of government grants and contracts from execution through renewal, ensuring compliance, reporting, performance, and accurate revenue recognition. Coordinate negotiations, legal reviews, audits, monitoring responses, deadlines, deliverables, and funding-agency communications. Partner with Finance, Legal, Development, Program, and leadership teams to mitigate risk, improve processes, maximize earned revenue, and support successful onboarding and performance of new federal and state awards.
