Also owns HR compliance, risk management, day-to-day people operations, and budget responsibility. Success is measured by increased talent density, clearer performance differentiation, faster underperformance resolution, and a high-accountability culture.

Own end-to-end product features: define requirements from ambiguous problems, design UX, implement frontend and backend, write tests, operate production systems, and communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

The VP of Marketing will lead product marketing, digital marketing, and RFP management, ensuring hands-on execution and high-quality outcomes. They are expected to craft the market narrative, optimize conversion rates, handle event strategy, and manage campaigns effectively while being deeply involved in execution. A strong analytical mindset and experience in the education technology sector are crucial.
