Processes, validates, tracks, and resolves vendor invoices while ensuring policy compliance, timely approvals, accurate payments, and financial control adherence. Investigates discrepancies, supports audits, responds to vendors, identifies workflow improvements, and participates in invoice automation, system testing, and tool implementation initiatives.

Manage mortgage insurance, government, investor, and reimbursement claims from submission through resolution. Review documentation and loan histories, monitor claim inventories, resolve deficiencies and denials, optimize recoveries, and support appeals. Collaborate with servicing teams, investors, insurers, attorneys, trustees, title companies, and vendors. Maintain records, prepare reports, monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance, and support audits and regulatory examinations.

Manages contested residential mortgage foreclosure cases, including risk assessment, litigation strategy, discovery, outside counsel relationships, budgets, invoices, reporting, settlement negotiations, and investor communications. Maintains litigation databases, tracks case milestones, identifies high-risk matters, supports staff training, and recommends procedural improvements. Requires extensive mortgage servicing and foreclosure knowledge, strong analytical and organizational skills, and substantial paralegal or litigation specialist experience within a mortgage servicer’s legal department.
