Leases available homes, conducts property tours, markets communities, screens applicants, prepares lease documents, and supports residents and guests throughout the leasing lifecycle. The role also handles rent payments, property management software updates, office and clerical tasks, compliance with Fair Housing regulations, resident onboarding, customer concerns, and coordination with maintenance and experience teams. This is an on-site role requiring flexible evening and weekend availability.

Staff Accountant responsible for monthly close, general ledger activities, journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, audits, and property-level reporting for a two-property real estate portfolio. The role supports on-site and corporate teams, trains community staff, responds to financial questions, improves accounting processes, and uses Yardi extensively.

The Vice President of Business Development will lead efforts to expand Sentral's business in multifamily and hospitality markets, focusing on building relationships, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with internal teams for growth.
