Owns revenue systems and GTM operations, including global Deal Desk coverage, intake and approval workflows, HubSpot and DealHub administration, AI automation, project delivery, SaaS stack management, access governance, and data integrity. Partners cross-functionally to optimize quote-to-cash processes, manage implementations and integrations, document systems, monitor performance, and improve operational scalability across the revenue organization.

Own new business across North American betting and gaming, generating pipeline, winning new logos, and managing sales processes through close. Build relationships with operators and platform providers, sell fraud prevention, AML, and identity solutions, maintain accurate CRM forecasting, and collaborate with marketing, product, partnerships, and customer success. Serve as the internal voice of the vertical while staying informed on regulatory and competitive developments.

Own the competitive intelligence program for fraud prevention and AML compliance. Responsibilities include developing CI strategy, conducting primary and secondary research, maintaining competitive databases, creating battlecards and win/loss analyses, supporting sales calls, informing marketing and product positioning, evaluating competitor architectures, managing CI knowledge, and optimizing intelligence workflows with AI capabilities.
