Build relationships with operators and platform providers, sell fraud prevention, AML, and identity solutions, maintain accurate CRM forecasting, and collaborate with marketing, product, partnerships, and customer success. Serve as the internal voice of the vertical while staying informed on regulatory and competitive developments.

Own the competitive intelligence program for fraud prevention and AML compliance. Responsibilities include developing CI strategy, conducting primary and secondary research, maintaining competitive databases, creating battlecards and win/loss analyses, supporting sales calls, informing marketing and product positioning, evaluating competitor architectures, managing CI knowledge, and optimizing intelligence workflows with AI capabilities.
