Lead and build a data science team to develop production AI across operations and post-sales product experiences. Own roadmap, deploy agentic systems and forecasting, partner with stakeholders, ensure production reliability, evaluation, and business impact, and communicate results to executives.

Manage long-term success of enterprise and franchise accounts by building relationships, coaching users, driving product adoption, gathering usage intelligence, leading onboarding and escalations, analyzing engagement KPIs, and collaborating with product and support to improve customer outcomes and evangelism.

Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, driving product adoption, retention, and expansion. Manage ~50–100 accounts, create success plans and KPIs, monitor client health, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify upsell opportunities, and provide product feedback to inform roadmap and improve outcomes.
