Lead and grow a platform and infrastructure engineering team (Infrastructure/SQL reliability, Developer Experience, or Tooling). Hire, mentor, and manage delivery of quarterly roadmaps; remain technically engaged in design and code reviews; partner with product, SRE, and security to drive reliability, observability, CI/CD, and platform strategy. Own toolchain, reliability goals, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end quality systems and testing frameworks. Own multiple testing layers (unit, integration, E2E, contract, performance, chaos), integrate automated tests into CI/CD, drive load/performance testing and monitoring, troubleshoot failures, apply AI tooling to improve workflows, and collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to improve coverage and reliability.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for multiple SDR cohorts, create and deliver structured playbooks and trainings, optimize SDR tech stack usage, run enablement projects and workshops, measure ramp performance using data and iterate to improve outcomes. Partner with SDR leadership, Marketing, and Operations to accelerate ramp time and drive pipeline generation.
