Provides technical support to sales teams and customers through photometric analyses, lighting models, fixture selection, lighting layouts, product performance guidance, and code interpretation. Uses AGI32, eLUME, and Revit to create accurate lighting designs and fixture schedules. Maintains product knowledge, documentation, and customer communications while interpreting architectural and electrical drawings and supporting lighting specification decisions.

Develop and maintain B2B lighting sales accounts, build customer relationships, identify project lighting specifications, conduct product presentations, achieve sales goals, prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and support customer service. The role requires lighting industry expertise, sales experience, project quotation skills, product training, and proficiency with business software and design tools.
