The Director of Revenue Operations will manage the GTM tech stack, lead AI tool adoption, oversee revenue reporting, and develop the RevOps team, ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads for Account Executives. Build relationships with agricultural prospects, schedule demos, manage high-volume target accounts, relay feedback to Customer Success, and collaborate with marketing to grow inbound strategy.

Generate outbound leads, qualify prospects, schedule demos, and develop initial relationships. Collaborate with AEs, marketing, and Customer Success to improve inbound/outbound strategies while managing high-volume target accounts and relaying customer feedback.
