Leads global, full-funnel media strategy and activation for Shark Home across North America and international markets. Owns media budgets, develops launch and category campaigns, optimizes investments using audience analytics and media mix modeling, and manages agency partnerships. Partners with Brand, Creative, Social, PR, Sales, and CX teams while driving media innovation, transformation, team leadership, and executive-level performance reporting.

Serves as the strategic HR partner for Direct-to-Consumer and Sales teams. Responsibilities include workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, change management, and HR metrics analysis. The role advises senior leaders, partners with HR Centers of Excellence, supports organizational transformation, and promotes an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Partners with Marketing and Creative leaders to align people strategies with business goals. Advises senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance, engagement, succession planning, and change management. Manages NYC employee HR support, hiring activities, onboarding, records, training, and development programs. Uses AI tools and HR analytics to improve processes and decision-making while partnering with HR Centers of Excellence.
