Requires AutoCAD and SKM experience, an electrical engineering degree, power and controls experience, U.S. work authorization, screening eligibility, a driver's license, English fluency, and willingness to travel overnight for projects.

Leads complex electrical engineering projects for advanced technology and industrial facilities. Responsibilities include power distribution design, one-line and control schematics, short-circuit, load flow, arc-flash, protective coordination, motor-starting and power quality studies, commissioning, troubleshooting, budgeting, customer engagement, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and periodic domestic travel.

Owns business development and pipeline creation for industrial controls and automation solutions across a multi-state territory. Identifies target customers, influences projects before RFPs, develops territory strategies, builds stakeholder relationships, shapes early technical solutions with engineering, manages CRM forecasting, and represents the company at industry events and site visits. Requires technical credibility in automation, electrical systems, or system integration, strong relationship-building skills, and approximately 50% regional travel.
