Conduct cold calling and prospecting, develop customer relationships, support IT solution selection, manage quotes and orders, and oversee sales cycles for medium to large business accounts. The role requires meeting sales quotas, coordinating customer meetings, collaborating with internal resources, and delivering consultative customer service. Responsibilities include growing existing accounts, addressing client concerns, and identifying solutions to IT challenges.

Designs tailored data center, cloud, network, security, collaboration, and services solutions for enterprise customers. Partners with account executives, customers, OEMs, and technology providers to assess infrastructure environments, identify opportunities, support technical selling, manage solution pipelines, and develop strategic accounts. Provides product training and technical education to sales teams and customers while serving as a trusted IT advisor. The remote role requires residence near Austin, Texas and travel to company, partner, and customer events.

Develops positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, solution offerings, launches, campaigns, sales enablement, and thought leadership for SHI’s software and cloud portfolio. Partners with Microsoft, AWS, GCP, sales, technical, and marketing teams to translate complex cloud, licensing, managed services, and partner capabilities into differentiated customer value propositions. Uses market insights and performance metrics to drive pipeline, adoption, partner engagement, and revenue growth.
