Lead design, execution, and continuous improvement of sales enablement programs. Manage multiple strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track progress, measure performance, and drive change management and adoption. Build scalable processes, communicate expectations, mentor others, and deliver alignment and measurable results to enable Sales to meet organizational goals.

Lead complex, high-visibility customer and internal projects end-to-end, establish governance and delivery strategy, manage cross-functional teams, assess project health, drive recovery and continuous improvement, mentor PMO staff, and communicate executive-level status to stakeholders.

Work with account teams to assess customer data center environments and design tailored infrastructure solutions across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, and Services. Build OEM relationships, provide product training, manage solution pipeline, engage CIO/IT leadership, and support technical selling and strategic planning to win new business.
