Design and manage multi-site implementations involving clinical workflows, EMR integrations, IT, 340B, payer and medication access, and AI automation. Coordinate cross-functional teams and third parties, manage multiple concurrent deployments, track milestones/risks, deliver executive communications, drive adoption, create playbooks, and continuously optimize operations to ensure successful go-lives and sustainable processes.
