The Head of Education & Community at Siena is responsible for developing product education, onboarding programs, community events, and market education resources. This role involves creating curricula, conducting workshops, and supporting sales with training and demos while leveraging AI for teaching efficiency.

Own technical pre-sales end-to-end: run demos on real data, scope and build integrations, lead multi-week POCs, write SOWs, hand off to deployment, and drive product feedback across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Own delivery of AI agent deployments for consumer brands from kickoff to sustained automation performance. Manage complex multi-stakeholder projects, diagnose CX ops issues (helpdesk configuration, routing, automation), monitor metrics, provide proactive updates, and co-lead strategic accounts while feeding operational patterns back to product.
