Manage luxury timepiece sales and merchandising within the store, train team members and vendors on watch brands, drive sales performance, assist management with staffing and guest service, and ensure compliance with company policies and loss-prevention standards.

Support inventory tracking, restocking, order processing, packaging, and fulfillment. Coordinate with shipping/logistics, maintain records and internal systems, prepare merchandise for displays or appointments, provide administrative and operational support, assist project coordination and process improvements.
