Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Lead onboarding and cross-functional project coordination, deliver executive business reviews, advise on product best practices, resolve account issues, and act as a trusted advisor to achieve customer objectives and revenue targets.
