The Digital Content Creator will pitch, produce, and edit engaging multi-platform content focused on unique American stories, utilizing strong storytelling and on-camera presence.

Lead newsroom production to ensure fairness, balance and accuracy across newscasts and special projects. Supervise producers and reporters, review scripts, manage breaking news, plan continuity between broadcasts, collaborate with station leadership on segments, and occasionally produce newscasts.

Lead and coach a team of Content Creators to manage workflow across multiple markets, coordinate with Sales, Creative Services, Production, and Digital, ensure timely delivery and quality of commercial spots and digital campaigns, and contribute hands-on by writing, producing, shooting, and editing as needed.

The General Assignment Reporter will create, shoot, write, and edit stories for newscasts, engage with the community, and collaborate with the news team, ensuring fairness and accuracy.

Lead editorial content for Spanish-language newscasts and digital platforms: approve scripts, write stories/headlines/teases, develop enterprise reporting, anchor newscasts, produce digital content, shoot and edit video, guide editorial decisions, manage teams, and represent the station at community events.
