Leads the Americas regional new-logo sales organization across enterprise, commercial, and strategic segments. Owns territory strategy, pipeline generation, sales execution, forecasting, recruiting, coaching, and seller development. Establishes activity and performance metrics, improves qualification and deal execution, partners cross-functionally to increase pipeline quality and customer outcomes, and personally supports strategic pursuits. Success is measured through new-logo attainment, conversion rates, win rate, sales velocity, forecast accuracy, seller productivity, and talent retention.

Develop and deploy reliable software for a distributed SQL database in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, and owning projects throughout the product lifecycle. Work may involve LLMs, vector indexes, database fault tolerance, SQL query performance, SIMD, LLVM code generation, search, and query optimization. Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams while developing professionally alongside experienced engineers.

Software Engineer Interns spend 12 weeks contributing to collaborative engineering teams at SingleStore. They develop features, test software, own projects end-to-end, and continuously deploy work to production. Interns gain exposure to the product lifecycle and business while working with experienced engineering mentors and cross-functional teams. The role requires strong computer science fundamentals, programming ability in JavaScript, Golang, or TypeScript, and an interest in building reliable software.
