Develops and manages RFP, RFI, proposal, presentation, and follow-up materials supporting sales and account retention. Partners with sales leaders, researches prospects and markets, interviews subject matter experts, coordinates response teams, manages deadlines, ensures compliance with client requirements, and maintains reusable proposal content. The role also provides pursuit strategy recommendations, conducts peer reviews, and supports knowledge management across the organization.

Manages inbound leads from small and mid-market accounts, conducts discovery, qualifies opportunities, supports Territory Sales Representatives, and progresses transactional deals through the sales pipeline. Responsibilities include customer engagement, pricing and proposal coordination, CRM updates, opportunity follow-up, and collaboration on handoffs and deal execution. The role also expands market coverage while developing foundational sales skills.

Manage end-to-end lump-sum and limited-benefit relocation cases, advising employees on mobility benefits, relocation planning, resources, and policy compliance. Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers; monitor case progress, resolve issues, maintain records, and communicate through phone and email. The role also supports reporting, training, operational initiatives, and continuous improvement while delivering a positive customer experience.
