Lead business development across U.S. Military, government, and FMS programs: identify opportunities, build pipeline, develop government and prime relationships, lead RFQ/RFP and FAR/DFARS-compliant proposals, execute price-to-win strategies, partner with engineering and operations, represent the company at events, and forecast revenue.

12–18 month hands-on leadership apprenticeship to become a Brand President. Serve as #2 leader in a complex market, oversee operations (guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, owner services), lead teams, drive KPIs, support owner acquisition and retention, run special projects to improve margins and service, and participate in executive development and strategic planning.
