Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, system validation, and customer implementations for federal UAV customers. Translate customer requirements into achievable deployment plans, support federal contracting exercises and RFP responses, provide product expertise, and influence the product roadmap. The role requires substantial travel, federal acquisition experience, technical communication skills, FAA Part 107 certification, and an active or obtainable Secret or Top Secret clearance.

Own and expand strategic enterprise accounts, primarily with corporate security organizations. Build multi-year account plans, land large customers through paid trials and initial deployments, and expand programs across teams, business units, and locations. Develop executive relationships, business cases, and referenceable customers while guiding procurement, security reviews, legal negotiations, and SLA discussions. Lead cross-functional account pods, forecast pipeline in Salesforce and Clari, and expand customer use cases from security into inspection and operations.

Lead the SLED Majors West Solutions Engineering team, oversee hiring and development, drive technical wins, manage site assessments and proofs of concept, guide integrations and airspace strategies, and represent customer needs to Product and Engineering. The role supports public safety drone deployments, procurement programs, sales strategy, and complex customer escalations while requiring approximately 30% travel and field engagement.
