Leads photolithography process development and sustaining activities in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities include troubleshooting line issues, performing SPC-based root-cause analysis, optimizing resolution, overlay, critical dimension control, and focus-exposure margins, and developing DUV, ArF, and dry processes. The role also involves mentoring junior staff, supporting technology-node transfers, and collaborating with integration, etch, and mask-design teams. Required expertise includes TEL tracks, ASML steppers and scanners, resist processes, overlay metrology, and SEM-based CD analysis.

Leads Thin Films and CMP engineering operations in a high-volume semiconductor fab. Manages engineers, supports new product development, improves process stability, yield, uptime, cost, defect density, overlay, and CD uniformity. Oversees process control systems, documentation, recipes, technology transfers, customer qualifications, and cross-functional problem resolution while maintaining production KPIs and team accountability.

Owns semiconductor product performance throughout fabrication and testing. Investigates yield issues, bin shifts, and performance changes using statistical and electrical analysis; conducts failure analysis; supports customer returns; and drives improvements with process and test engineering. The role requires expertise in semiconductor devices, fab processes, wafer-level and SORT testing, tester operation, reliability physics, and statistical process control. It also guides associate engineers and technicians and leads cross-functional projects.
