Updates accounts, issues refunds or receipts, explains premium feeds and plans, identifies recurring problems and platform bugs, escalates issues appropriately, and maintains internal FAQs and documentation.

Develop and maintain features for a podcast subscription platform using PHP and Laravel. Scale the application, support user and administrator experiences, build website embeds and third-party integrations, and help apply AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality and security. Collaborate within a small, Agile-oriented remote team while evaluating technologies and influencing the evolving product stack.

Manage onboarding, launch, and ongoing support for internal podcast programs. Advise clients on adoption and communication strategy, create support resources (FAQs, guides, templates), and build trusted client relationships to scale private audio for employee communications.
