Lead architecture and hands-on development of cloud-native, microservices-based systems and company-wide integrations (AWS and MuleSoft) using Python. Own provisioning, billing, telemetry, and integration landscapes; define AI-SDLC and AI tooling; implement infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD; ensure observability, testing, security, and operational readiness; translate architecture into Jira work and mentor engineering teams.

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving new business revenue within the federal government, establishing relationships, closing sales, and managing proposal development to achieve sales targets.

Lead hands-on administration of IAM systems (Okta, AD, M365), build and maintain integrations with endpoint and security tooling, own device trust and conditional access, support audits (SOC 2/FedRAMP), troubleshoot escalated identity issues, and document configurations while providing broader senior systems administration support.
