Program, set up, edit, and run CNC and EDM equipment; develop fabrication and inspection processes; read and inspect to drawings and tolerances; maintain and calibrate equipment; assist ordering materials; uphold shop safety and cleanliness.

Provide commercial legal advice to US Advanced Wound Management business across customer contracting, pricing, reimbursement, distribution, specialty pharmacy, market access and marketing. Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, support transactions and disputes, develop contracting templates and playbooks, deliver training, manage external counsel and legal budgets, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable compliant, business-oriented go-to-market execution.

Lead global strategy, architecture, and execution of clinical data and AI capabilities across evidence generation. Own clinical data lifecycle, platforms (data lake, EDC/eCOA/registries), AI/ML model development and validation, synthetic data and simulation, clinical data management, and integration with statistical and clinical programming. Ensure regulatory compliance, data quality, interoperability, and scalable delivery of AI-enabled workflows to support clinical, regulatory, and medical affairs.
