The Senior Financial Analyst will manage expenses, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, provide financial analysis, and maintain planning tools while working closely with department leaders.

Lead the Tools & Frameworks engineering team to build shared backend libraries, internal tooling, scalable APIs, and schemas. Define roadmap, balance technical and business priorities, drive architectural excellence (including FHIR translation, monorepo decomposition, data federation, event-streaming), mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve developer productivity and platform reliability.
