Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Rent-to-Own platform. Build products to improve merchant adoption, customer acquisition, application/approval flows, payments, servicing, and portfolio growth. Lead cross-functional discovery, prioritize initiatives, define KPIs, run experiments, and deliver scalable dealer and customer experiences while partnering with engineering, credit, operations, sales, compliance, and CX.
