Travel as needed.

Lead and scale global revenue-retention initiatives for Snap's Small and Medium Customers. Own strategy, go-to-market roadmaps, KPIs, and cross-functional execution (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Data). Plan, test, and scale growth programs to increase adoption and retentive revenue while presenting results to senior leadership.

Manage and grow a book of small and medium business accounts on Snapchat by identifying opportunities, delivering strategic sales presentations, educating clients on products, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue and long-term client relationships.
