Lead global content and creative strategy for Snaps Small and Medium Customers marketing. Develop sales enablement materials, on-platform notifications, email and web content, run data-driven tests with Revenue and Data Science, and manage designers, web developers and copywriters to drive engagement and revenue.

Manage and grow client and agency relationships for Snap’s small and medium customer segment. Develop digital advertising campaigns, analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, recommend upsell opportunities, educate advertisers on Snap products, and support adoption of self-service and auction-based advertising tools. Collaborate with account executives, creative strategists, and cross-functional teams while delivering measurable campaign results and actionable insights.

Manage and grow senior client and agency relationships, advise on Snapchat advertising products, develop performance and brand campaigns, analyze campaign data, optimize KPIs, support upsell opportunities, and lead complex cross-functional projects. The role also involves onboarding account team members, educating advertisers on auction-based tools, supporting RFPs, and developing data-driven case studies.
