Lead product strategy and roadmap for clinic- and pet-parent-facing experiences. Build product operating model, set OKRs, hire and mentor product managers, partner with engineering, design, GTM and CX, and use AI/data to optimize growth and UX across a multi-sided platform.

Lead growth product efforts for Snout's vet directory, portal, and website. Own clinic acquisition and pet parent enrollment flows, run experimentation and optimization, define event instrumentation, build AI-powered personalization, and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to drive activation, retention, and expansion.
