Provide advanced technical and operational support for mission-critical power systems (UPS, batteries, STS) via remote troubleshooting, escalation coordination, commissioning and onsite support. Reinforce procedural compliance, coach field teams, document escalations, recommend parts, and coordinate with engineering and leadership during high-risk service events. Support travel, after-hours response, and contribute to training and operational readiness.

Manage and grow strategic datacenter accounts by developing account plans, leading cross-functional teams, driving new business, delivering technical and commercial proposals, maintaining pipeline and forecasts, monitoring market trends, and advocating customer requirements internally to align products and services.
