Leads strategic operations for Socure’s Tier 1 Banks segment, acting as a chief of staff to the segment GM. Responsibilities include managing revenue and customer deliverables, supporting renewals and pricing analysis, maintaining pipeline accuracy, driving operating cadence, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, enabling marketing and events, improving processes, and supporting AI tooling and automation. The role requires strong analytical, financial modeling, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Manage post-sale relationships for a portfolio of B2B customers, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and measurable outcomes. Act as a trusted strategic advisor, monitor customer health, lead business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, resolve complex issues, and communicate customer feedback internally. Collaborate with sales, product, support, engineering, and executives to maximize customer value and improve engagement models.

Lead strategy and execution for ERP, billing, revenue, and financial integrations. Architect systems and controls, drive automation and ERP transformations, partner with Accounting/FP&A, ensure SOX-ready configurations, and optimize order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes.
