Serves as the technical client contact throughout sales and implementation, matching customer needs to identity and fraud solutions. Presents products, prepares statements of work and pricing, leads stakeholder meetings, coordinates cross-functional resources, supports enterprise engagements, and translates complex analytics into recommendations. Requires client-facing experience, fraud or credit risk analysis knowledge, business process re-engineering experience, strong project leadership, communication, presentation, prioritization, and collaboration skills.

Product Counsel will advise product, data science, engineering, sales, and marketing teams on legal and regulatory issues involving digital identity, biometrics, AI, privacy, consumer protection, fraud prevention, and financial technology. Responsibilities include product lifecycle counseling, commercial agreements, policies, privacy governance, regulatory engagement, customer diligence, legal training, and AI-enabled legal workflows. The role requires translating complex legal requirements into practical business guidance while supporting global market expansion and responsible innovation.

Leads Socure’s strategic financial-services channel partnerships, including core banking, digital banking, banking-as-a-service, and systems integration partners. Owns partner strategy, recruitment, agreements, joint business plans, partner-sourced pipeline, quota-carrying revenue, co-selling, forecasting, and executive relationships. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales to deliver integrations, campaigns, enablement, and repeatable channel growth across banks, credit unions, and fintechs.
