Supports the full strategic partnership lifecycle, including opportunity evaluation, business case development, deal execution, launch, relationship management, and performance optimization. Builds cross-functional visibility into partnership needs, identifies expansion and consolidation opportunities, conducts market and partner research, evaluates commercial terms, coordinates stakeholder workstreams, tracks KPIs, and prepares recommendations for leadership. Manages multiple initiatives while improving partnership processes and operating models.

Supports corporate development sourcing, evaluation, and execution of acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships. Responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, market and competitive analysis, investment memo preparation, stakeholder coordination, and strategic projects. The role builds pro forma financial statements, accretion and dilution analyses, and transaction recommendations for senior leadership and the Board while collaborating across business units and external advisors.

Owns strategic partnership opportunities from identification through negotiation, launch, and ongoing management. Develops business cases, evaluates commercial and execution considerations, coordinates cross-functional workstreams, aligns stakeholders, tracks performance, and manages partner relationships. The role also establishes repeatable partnership processes, supports senior leadership recommendations, mentors junior team members, and represents the company externally.
