Analyze customer data, maintain accurate records across internal tools and OEM portals, resolve licensing and support issues, and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to improve renewal efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lead Services business operations for Financial Services accounts from sales through delivery. Partner with account leadership, sales, contracts, finance, project coordination, and delivery teams. Manage opportunity, pricing, contract, financial, and resource processes; standardize account activities; support consistent operations; and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly portfolio review materials.

Manages large-scale transformational client programs, including governance, milestones, risks, issues, staffing, procurement, budgets, forecasting, financials, quality, and customer satisfaction.
