Lead and manage 2-3 AI POD teams to drive pipeline, forecast accuracy, margin attainment, and revenue growth. Coach and develop sales professionals, run GTM operating cadence, govern CRM and deal stages, engage in high-stakes executive customer pursuits, coordinate shared resources and OEM partners, and partner with regional sales and HR on hiring and integration.

Quota-carrying sales role focused on generating, qualifying, and closing AI opportunities across an assigned region. Partner with field teams and AI ecosystem partners to build pipeline, craft executive pitch decks, position AI infrastructure and services, and drive multi-phase consulting and deployment engagements with disciplined CRM and forecasting.

Serve as the pre-sales consulting partner in a regional AI pod: scope and sell AI consulting engagements, design assessments/workshops/pilots, develop service proposals, justify AI infrastructure investments, drive workforce AI and coding-assistant services, ensure clean handoffs to delivery, and build repeatable service frameworks to accelerate customers from exploration to production.
