Leads a large-scale laptop refresh initiative from planning through closeout. Responsibilities include procurement, deployment coordination, statewide logistics, technician scheduling, vendor and stakeholder management, risk and issue tracking, governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination across IT operations, security, service desk, and asset management. The role also manages project plans, metrics, change requests, and process improvements for future device refresh programs.
