Owns customer content journeys, calendars, repurposing frameworks, SEO and AEO strategy, and generative AI-assisted content creation. Collaborates with marketing, sales, product, and agencies while reviewing content quality, researching market trends, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
