Provide Tier 2 technical support for SolarWinds monitoring and infrastructure products: troubleshoot escalated cases across network, system, security, and database issues; collaborate with Tier 3 and engineering; create documentation and KB articles; mentor Tier 1 reps; guide customers on configuration, integrations, and root cause analysis to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
