Support global GTM operations by maintaining Salesforce data quality, building executive Tableau dashboards, automating reporting, performing operational analytics, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize processes, forecasting, and GTM performance.

Lead the Sales Operations pillar within Revenue Operations, owning sales processes, territories, lead and account routing, forecasting, pipeline inspection, CPQ, deal desk, compensation, and UAT. Partner with Finance, FP&A, BizApps, GTM Technology, and sales leadership while presenting insights to executives. Manage and develop operations staff, improve process consistency, and guide the transition of additional revenue functions into Rev Ops.

Drive account-based marketing programs for high-value ITSM accounts, generating pipeline and revenue across new business and customer expansion. Responsibilities include administering 6sense, building account segments and intent models, creating targeted sales sequences, running vertical campaigns and gifting programs, enriching contacts, partnering with sales and customer success, and measuring engagement, conversions, pipeline, ROI, and expansion revenue.
