Teams at Solenis

Lead a remote team of 9–11 Regional Account Managers across the Western U.S. and Canada. Drive regional sales growth, profitability, market share, customer and distributor relationships, pipeline management, forecasting, product adoption, and commercial excellence. Coach and develop sales representatives, support negotiations and closings, manage regional planning and budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally. The role requires up to 60% travel, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and access to an international airport.

Develops future leaders by identifying talent, designing leadership programs, providing coaching and mentoring, supporting succession planning, managing leadership and training teams, and measuring development outcomes. The role requires extensive travel, approximately 75% of the time, for field coaching, leadership development, and business initiatives.
