Leads cross-functional federal healthcare projects from planning through implementation, managing scope, budget, resources, milestones, stakeholders, partner relationships, and government customers. Supports revenue cycle, clinician solutions, procurement initiatives, and proposal development for future federal awards. The role is remote, requires a T3 Public Trust background check, and may involve up to 25% domestic travel.

Provides independent legal support to commercial, marketing, and functional teams across Dental Solutions and Health Information Systems. Reviews claims, marketing materials, contracts, and operational matters; identifies legal and compliance risks; coordinates with Legal, Regulatory, Quality, IP, Privacy, and Compliance teams; maintains legal processes and templates; delivers training; and supports lawyers with business-facing legal initiatives.

Leads software development for healthcare solutions, implementing customer-focused applications and collaborating with R&D teams. Builds enterprise Java/Kotlin applications, full-stack web applications, component libraries, REST API integrations, and cloud-hosted systems. The role requires experience with Spring, PostgreSQL, React or Angular, AWS, healthcare or EMR integration, Agile development, test automation, and unit testing. Occasional travel may be required, including company-paid onboarding travel.
