Own Sonar’s global product design vision and strategy across its technical product portfolio. Lead and scale a high-performing design organization, evolve design systems and UX practices, guide AI-driven product experiences, and partner with Product, Engineering, executives, customers, and industry leaders. Drive measurable business outcomes through cohesive, developer-focused experiences and represent design at the executive level.

Partner with product, platform, and infrastructure teams to embed security into products and AWS cloud architecture. Conduct application security assessments, code reviews, threat modeling, penetration tests, red-team exercises, and vulnerability remediation. Assess AI and agentic AI capabilities, investigate security findings and customer concerns, support incident response, monitor threat intelligence, and automate security processes. Occasional on-call participation may be required.

Manage customer security and technical inquiries, enhance the Trust Center, collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, Legal, and Information Security, and review security clauses in contracts. Translate complex security details into clear customer communications, advise senior leaders on risk, maintain trust systems, report on trust metrics, and develop LLM-powered prompts and workflows to automate governance and keep security information accurate.
