Automate and operate production infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. Monitor system health, triage incidents, manage SLOs and error budgets, develop infrastructure and policy as code, maintain security and observability pipelines, eliminate operational toil, and implement preventative engineering improvements from incident post-mortems. Participate in on-call operations while strengthening reliability, security, and incident response capabilities.

Own Sonar’s revenue forecasting, annual and long-range planning, pricing analysis, and revenue strategy. Build driver-based models covering bookings, billings, revenue recognition, consumption-based models, and margin. Provide recommendations to executives, the Board, and investors; establish deal guardrails; and partner with finance, sales, pricing, and accounting teams. Lead AI-first automation for forecasting, variance analysis, anomaly detection, and deal analytics while improving data integrity and forecast accuracy.

Supports the CEO, Chief of Staff, and executive leadership through ad hoc business analysis, special projects, executive meeting preparation, internal events, presentations, and follow-up tracking. Maintains the internal knowledge base and develops content strategies for AI-enabled information retrieval. Evaluates AI tools, creates repeatable workflows, and helps teams adopt practical AI capabilities while managing competing priorities and confidential information.
