Join the security team to run security operations, monitoring, incident response, application and infrastructure security reviews, bug bounty management, and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR). Participate in on-call rotations, triage alerts, remediate vulnerabilities (libraries, images, containers), threat model systems, and integrate defensive tooling to protect SaaS and on-prem deployments.

Lead technical direction and execution for Code Plane products (Batch Changes, Agentic Batch Changes, Code Monitors, Code Insights, src CLI). Translate customer feedback into roadmap, ship agent-focused features, mentor engineers, own architecture and quality, participate in on-call, and partner with Product, Design, and Customer teams to deliver scalable AI-agent developer tools.

Build and operate Sourcegraph Cloud platform: develop inter-cloud connectivity, control plane orchestration, expose infrastructure APIs, debug and patch upstream IaC dependencies, ensure reliability and participate in on-call rotation to meet SLAs.
