Own the renewal process for a portfolio of SaaS customers, building stakeholder relationships, leading negotiations, driving retention and upsell opportunities, improving renewal processes, maintaining accurate forecasts, and meeting quota targets. The role partners with Account Management and Customer Success, uses AI-assisted workflows and automation, and requires occasional customer travel.

Build and scale Azure cloud infrastructure, Docker Swarm or Kubernetes clusters, and Terraform-managed environments. Create and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, deployment scripts, health checks, alerts, configuration, and automation workflows. Troubleshoot infrastructure and release issues, collaborate across technical teams, and document deployment processes. The role requires production experience with cloud platforms, scripting, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and AI-assisted DevOps tools.

Lead global product marketing for pricing, packaging, and monetization initiatives. Develop positioning, value propositions, sales narratives, battlecards, and executive communications while partnering with Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy. Analyze customer, competitive, product, and financial data; use AI tools to evaluate commercial performance and design pricing experiments. Influence senior stakeholders and support sales enablement for complex B2B SaaS products.
