Own carrier-facing and executive reporting, perform program-level trend analysis and root cause investigations, develop and manage CAPs/PIPs, and serve as a departmental SME and mentor on CMS Medicare marketing and agent oversight requirements.

Manage end-to-end Medicare compliance cases, maintain case records, liaise with agents and carriers, conduct audits, provide agent coaching, and support reporting and process improvements to ensure regulatory adherence and audit readiness.
