Lead daily Java and .NET support triage, manage escalation tracking and routing across Tier 1-3 teams, produce executive-ready operational metrics, coordinate incident management using ITIL and tools like ServiceNow/Cherwell, mentor distributed technical consultants, oversee people administration, and drive continuous improvement and AI-enabled process automation.

Design and build Node.js automation tools and integrations for e-commerce operations, improving efficiency and workflow. Collaborate with teams to align automation with technical priorities, utilizing AI tools for enhanced productivity.

The intern will conduct competitive research, develop a LinkedIn content strategy, draft and schedule posts, and create blog content for Sparq's branding efforts.
