Sell residential products and services in assigned multi-dwelling-unit territories via door-to-door solicitation and property-manager relationships. Meet sales goals, generate incremental revenue, resolve customer issues, complete sales documentation, collect payments, and attend trainings. Work outdoors in all seasons and during evenings/weekends.

Sell Spectrum services to MDU and SFU clients by developing strategic presentations, negotiating long-term ROE agreements, closing complex deals across HSD, video, managed Wi‑Fi and bulk services, exceeding revenue quotas, building consultative client relationships, managing forecasting and contracts, and traveling up to 50%.
